Ce matin, je suis fier de moi.

Samedi matin, je reçois ce message :

"Hello, I have this trunk in my possession, found in a garage, following an eviction and I would like to sell it, attached photos, best regards"

So, I receive these kinds of messages every week, nothing surprising, and what's more, that's good, it's my job.

Nonchalantly, I look at the images, hum, hum...
I zoom left and right...
And, suddenly, I realize that there is a detail that surprises me...
An individual offers me an "attic" trunk, but I see that the suitcase at the bottom left has been altered, it is not "ordinary".
The work was done professionally, in fact, it could have been me who did this job. Well, that doesn't fit the situation.

And there, I don't know how to explain it, but in 1 second, I thought of this Parisian merchant, who is a customer of ours, who, 2 years ago, had 5 trunks stolen from his store .

I'll send him the photos and Bingo ! It’s definitely his.
Accompanied by the Gendarmerie, after making an appointment, he found these 5 trunks at the receiver's...

As I said in a previous post, in luxury, the devil is in the details.
